Finance and Administrative Coordinator
The Finance and Administrative coordinator works directly with the Finance and Administrative Director. The position requires computer proficiency and experience with Financial Edge software and Microsoft Office 365. Nonprofit financial experience is a plus. Work will initially entail training and be on a flexible schedule and partially remote due to the COVID-19 situation. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

The Custodian works under the direction of the Facilities Director and Skilled Tradesperson. This position assists all areas of the Preserve with custodial care and building maintenance projects. The Custodian ensures that work is conducted in a safe and efficient process. The Custodian may assist the Facilities Director and Skilled Tradesperson with other projects as needed and assigned. All tasks are performed in accordance with the Preserve’s strategic plan and in alignment with our vision, mission, and core values.
