A Message to Our Preserve Friends
April 22, 2020
Dear Preserve Friend,
I hope that you are well and if reading this in New England, enjoying our gradually warming temperatures. If your job requires you to be on the front lines during this pandemic, on behalf of the Preserve, a heartfelt thank you.
The Preserve continues to monitor the Coronavirus pandemic and we are altering our daily operations based upon information available to us at the local, state, and federal levels. We are within the time frame of the supposed peak of infections in northern New England so the next two weeks should provide us some tell-tale signs of how our efforts to flatten the curve are working.
Our staff has taken on new work protocols, including working remotely and altered working schedules to promote social distancing and to avoid any possible cross-contamination.
You may experience delays in processing and acknowledgment of gifts and fulfilling member benefits until normal operations resume. We are grateful for your support and apologize for this inconvenience. If you have questions about your membership, please contact Kathryn Strand, Director of Development and Communications, at email@example.com.

Please take care and I look forward to seeing you once this is over. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
