Nature slows down around the Preserve over the winter, but Development & Communications Coordinator Whitney Ciancetta and I stay busy improving and fine tuning our membership program. During the snowy months, we will be scheduling 2021 virtual presentations for our members with Cassie Banning, Director of Farm & Gardens, Tate Bushell, Director of Natural Lands, and CEO Rodney Eason. We will let you know as soon as those are finalized so you can sign up and hear the latest news.
One of the new 2021 member benefits is early access to Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Garden reservations. We are continuing special times for member access to the Abby Garden and added that benefit for Thuya Garden and the Asticou Azalea Garden next season. We will be in touch as soon as the garden calendars are finalized and online reservations are available.
